Our mission is
To advance the understanding the nervous system and diseases associated with frontotemporal dementias and neurodegeneration, including the part they play in determining behavior;to bring together scientists from various backgrounds and disciplines;to facilitate the integration of research directed at all levels of biological organization;to promote education in the neurosciences and inform the general public on the results and implications of current research in neuroscience; andto promote other activities that will contribute to the development of neuroscience.

Regular membership is open to individuals engaged in the clinical care of patients affected by frontotemporal dementias OR engaged in research focused on or related to the frontotemporal dementias. Members in this tier qualify for conference registration discounts, access to special content and other benefits. Membership is for fixed calendar terms (e.g., January 1, 2022-December 31, 2023).
This membership tier is open to individuals who are relatives or carers of individuals who have frontotemporal dementia. Membership is for fixed calendar terms (e.g., January 1, 2022-December 31, 2023).
This tier is open to individuals who are enrolled in a degree program or postdoctoral fellowship at an accredited institution of higher learning. Membership is for fixed calendar terms (e.g., January 1, 2022-December 31, 2023).
